Supervision

Social work supervision is essential for the professional growth of social workers and ethical service delivery. It guideses through complex dilemmas, ensuring adherence to the code of ethics. By promoting reflective practice, supervision fosters accountability and enhances the quality of care provided to clients.

Our Therapeutic Approach

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy works on navigating dialectics between balance and change. Four big modalities related to DBT are mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. 

Shame Informed Therapy

Shame is the feeling like "I am bad", a deep feeling of not "good enough". Shame Informed treatment involves working on understanding where shame comes from and how to counteract shame. 

Empathic and Person Centered

We are dedicated to work on managing helping clients feel heard and seen. We make sure clients know they can feel comfortable while navigating through hard things in their life.
