Our Therapeutic Approach
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) works on navigating dialectics between balance and change. The modalities with DBT can help you live a life in the current moment, help identify emotions, help you in relationships and over all live a life worth living.
Shame Informed Therapy
Shame is the feeling like "I am bad", a deep feeling of not feeling "good enough". Shame Informed treatment involves working on understanding where shame comes from and how to counteract shame. We will help you navigate this and break free from cycles of shame.
Empathic and Person Centered
We are dedicated to working on helping clients feel safe and comfortable. We focus on you the individual and on the struggles you may face not on labels.
